Your package is sent from our main warehouse in Switzerland. If unavailable there, it ships directly from our central warehouse to prevent waiting times.
Yes! You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation. It usually takes 1-2 working days for tracking information to be activated.
Exchanges & Returns
Contact us by email and we will send you all return information. Please include the return slip we provide. We can only accept unworn, clean, odorless goods in original condition.
Our main warehouse is in China. We ship the majority of orders from our main warehouse and accept returns there.
As a start-up, we are currently unable to cover the full cost of return shipping. We want to reduce delivery routes for environmental reasons.
