How long does delivery take?

Delivery time consists of two phases:

1) Processing time (1–2 business days)

After you place your order, we confirm your order, perform a quality check, and prepare your package for dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

2) Shipping time (Australia)

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Australia: 5–10 business days (typical)
In rare cases, delivery may take longer due to carrier delays or customs processing.

*All delivery times are estimates and exclude delays caused by customs, duty, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.


Tracking information

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or marked-delivered packages

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days so we can assist with an investigation with the carrier.
