1. Our Standard Resolution: Keep It + 50% Off
Comfort Walk does not operate a traditional return process. Instead of sending your item back, we offer the following standard resolution for all complaints and return requests:

You keep the shoes — no hassle of returning them
You receive a 50% discount code for your next order
The discount code is valid for 6 months and applies to all products, including sale items
This applies to all situations, including:
Shoes that do not fit (wrong size selected by customer)
Shoes that are not to your liking (style, color, fit)
Items purchased during a sale or promotion
Any other personal reason
IMPORTANT: We do not accept return parcels unless explicitly approved in writing by Comfort Walk. Packages returned without authorization will be refused and will not be refunded or credited.
2. Wrong Size or Model
It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size and model before placing an order. Our size guide is available on every product page.
If you ordered the wrong size, our standard Keep It resolution applies: you keep the shoes and receive a 50% discount code for your next order. No refund will be issued and no return is possible.
3. Sale Items
Sale items are covered by the same policy. Even when purchased at a discounted price, the standard resolution applies: you keep the shoes and receive 50% off your next order. No exceptions are made based on discount percentage or promotional pricing.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives with a confirmed manufacturing defect, is damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@comfort-walk.com. Include your order number and clear photos or video of the issue.
We assess each valid claim individually. In confirmed cases of defect or error on our part, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or additional discount at our discretion. Claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted.
5. Order Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and handed to our shipping carrier, it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to cancel before dispatch, email info@comfort-walk.com immediately. If the order has already shipped, our standard Keep It resolution applies upon delivery.
6. Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Any customs duties or import taxes are always the responsibility of the customer.
7. Abuse of Policy
Comfort Walk reserves the right to refuse service to customers who abuse our policy, submit false claims, or engage in dishonest behavior. All communications and claims are recorded.
